New Job

As some of you may already know, I got myself a full-time job after months of unemployment. No, no... Not in art or graphic design. Truck driving. Class-A CDL semi truck driving: 80,000 pounds on 18 wheels; 3,000 miles a week. Just today, I finished my orientation, and this weekend, I'll be going out with a driver trainer for a few weeks before I'm a full-fledged solo truck driver.

What does this mean to you? Probably not much. I might just be a bit further between art posts. Or, maybe I'll be posting more photos... I'll have better chance of seeing some nice scenery driving out west.

Anyway, I'm working on a few projects right now and should be able to start posting some of it soon. Spiffyness.

If you make a stop at a truck stop that has nice scenery then that'd be nice to see. Otherwise I don't know how much photography you can get on the road.

Keep up the good progress you're making on the one comic. I bet you can have that done before I graduate. Or at least before the end of the year at the latest.

I miss you. Stay safe out there. Send me an email every now and then and/or a call. You should totally keep a personal journa while on the road!

You might also get to see stuff while sitting at your destination, or while at stoplights, or if you pull off to the side of the road to sleep.
